  • All products are delivered flat-packed unless otherwise stated.

  • Optional assembly services are available at an additional cost.

  • Full payment is required before dispatch of any order.

  • Additional charges (e.g. floor surcharges, delivery surcharges, assembly fees) are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

4. Delivery & Access Conditions

  • Free delivery applies only to ground floor properties and 1st floor flats without a lift.

  • Flats above the 1st floor without a lift incur a £10 per floor surcharge.

  • Certain postcode areas are subject to delivery surcharges or exclusions as outlined in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the delivery location.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery is available 6 days a week between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

  • Delivery to surcharge zones may take up to 3 weeks.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Damage, Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers must inspect items upon delivery.

  • Any damage or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Fully or partially assembled items are non-refundable.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
