Delivery & Assembly

We aim to provide a reliable, professional, and transparent delivery experience for all our customers.

Delivery Method

  • All items are delivered flat-packed by our professional delivery team.

  • Delivery is available 6 days a week, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Free Delivery

  • FREE delivery is available to:

    • Ground floor properties (houses)

    • 1st floor flats without a lift

Floor Surcharge

  • For flats above the 1st floor without a lift, a surcharge of £10 per floor will apply.

  • This charge must be paid before or at the time of delivery.

Delivery Surcharge Zones

Delivery to the following postcode areas is subject to a £40 delivery surcharge, and delivery may take up to 3 weeks:

LL, SY, LD, SA, DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, KY, FK, PA

Delivery Exclusions

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to the following areas:

TA, EX, TQ, PL, TR, KY, DD, AB, PH, IV, KW, ZE, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Channel Islands

Orders placed with delivery addresses in these areas may be cancelled and refunded.

Assembly Service

  • Optional assembly service is available upon request.

  • Assembly fees are not included in the product price.

  • Please contact us before delivery to confirm availability and cost.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure clear access to your property at the time of delivery.

  • Any damage or issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.
